By accessing or using AussieCV ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Australian laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
AussieCV is an online tool that helps job seekers generate Australian-format resumes and cover letters using AI assistance. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or that your resume will be accepted by any employer.
Creating your resume and previewing it is free. To download a watermark-free PDF, a one-time payment of 14.90 AUD (or 9.90 EUR for EUR-currency interfaces) is required. This payment grants you 30 days of access to your account, including unlimited downloads and edits during that period.
There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charges. If you need access beyond 30 days, you may pay again at any time. Prices are displayed in AUD or EUR depending on your interface language. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
An account is automatically created for you after payment. Your account and CV data are stored securely for the duration of your 30-day access period. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
The content you enter into AussieCV (your name, work history, skills, etc.) remains your property. The generated resume and cover letter are yours to use freely. The AussieCV platform, branding, and underlying code are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or redistributed.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, AussieCV is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be free of inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing your resume before submission to employers.
To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), our liability is limited to resupplying the Service or refunding the amount paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
