1. Our commitment

AussieCV is committed to complying with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something goes wrong, we will work with you to resolve it fairly.

2. What you purchase

When you pay (14.90 AUD or 9.90 EUR depending on your interface language), you receive 30 days of access to your account, including unlimited downloads of your watermark-free PDF and the ability to edit your CV at any time during that period. Access begins immediately upon successful payment.

3. When you are entitled to a refund

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund if:

  • Your account could not be created after payment
  • The PDF could not be generated or downloaded despite repeated attempts
  • The product is significantly different from what was described
  • You were charged but did not receive access to your account

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@aussiecv.com.au within 14 days of your purchase with:

  • Your name and email address used at checkout
  • The date of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. No subscription, no auto-renewal

AussieCV operates on a one-time payment model. Your payment grants 30-day access. There are no recurring charges, no subscriptions, and no auto-renewals. If you wish to continue after 30 days, you may choose to pay again.
